Habit 2: To be a leader, always think of the future.

Step into the leadership role. Focus on your goals. Don't get distracted and keep an eye on what you are doing. Become positive and cost-effective.

Habit 3: How to manage yourself- make a list

Make a list of things that will help you get closer to the goals you thought of in number two. According to Dr. Stephen R. Covey, habit two is the mental part of the creation while three is the physical. Keep in mind the future results and get a grasp of what you have to do.

Habit 4: Be your personal leader- always think about winning

With others helping you, you can see what can be achieved. Everyone gains from every relationship with others.

Habit 5: If you want to be understood, you must first understand

The old saying, "Diagnose before you prescribe", explains this habit perfectly. Don't focus on your response. Pay attention to what the person is saying so you have a better chance of understanding the person.

Habit 6: Keep in mind other people

Look for the way someone's role can be useful and how it can help you. Don't shoot down their ideas. When you put this in simpler terms, you get what is called team work.

Habit 7: Make yourself better

Always look for ways to better your self. This will help you understand and develop the self.
